Write once, answer everywhere

Every article works two shifts — searched by customers in the help center, spoken by your AI agent in chat. One edit updates both.

Whether it slipped your mind or it's simply time to rotate it, a reset takes under a minute and never requires writing to support.

  2. 2. Click Reset password.
  3. 3. A secure reset link is waiting in your email — it stays valid for 30 minutes.

Site crawl

Site crawl in progress — pages becoming sources on a refresh schedule

File uploads

PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets — drag them in.

Notion mirror

Your pages and databases, resynced on demand.

Agent-ready articles

Everything you write here doubles as the bot's source material.

Watch it answer

Writers write. The tool keeps up.

Slash menus, tables, code, embeds. Inline comments, live cursors, snapshots of every change, and a save every three seconds — nothing is lost, nobody collides.

No relearning

Slash commands, tables, code blocks, task lists, video embeds — the shortcuts you already know.

Drag the tree

Nest pages and groups however deep, reorder with a drag.

Snapshots

Each edit becomes a restorable version. Roll back in a click.

Margin notes

Comment on the exact sentence or image; resolve the thread when done.

Live cursors

See collaborators inside the doc as they type — no overwrites.

Constant saves

Work is captured every three seconds, always.

An unread article is a silent employee

Link the base and every page starts answering customers, sources cited. Private runbooks can teach the bot without ever being published.

  • Hook up a base and each article in it becomes answer-ready.
  • Internal-only docs coach the agent while staying invisible to customers.
  • Replies cite the specific article they were built from.
  • Weak or thumbs-downed answers surface as gaps on your dashboard.
  • One click turns any gap into the next article.
The bot's unanswered questions are your content roadmap.

A customer asks

How do I update my billing card?
Head to Settings → Billing, hit Update payment method, and type in the new card — it takes over starting with your next invoice. From: Update payment method

Your docs site, up before lunch

Ship it on your domain or a free yourcompany.sufox.com address. Search, breadcrumbs, and a contents rail come standard — and separate centers per product or audience are fine.

  • Your own domain, or an instant sufox.com subdomain with zero DNS work.
  • Logo and favicon are yours; any article can front the site.
  • Visitors get full search, a contents rail, breadcrumbs, and next/previous links.
  • Spin up multiple centers — one per product, brand, or audience.

One click translates an article — or the whole site. Readers flip languages on the very same page, so there is never a duplicate drifting out of date.

  • Pick a default, then stack on any of 50+ languages.
  • Translate page by page, or everything at once.
  • Languages live together on one page — switching swaps, never forks.
  • Search and menus follow whatever language the reader chose.

Change tools without losing a page

Pull in Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or any hosted center. Mirror Notion or Drive, crawl a site, upload files — and re-run imports anytime without duplicates.

Help desks

Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or any hosted center lands as an editable, resyncable tree.

OAuth in, mirror the hierarchy, resync when it changes.

Google Drive

Connect once; documents arrive as editable pages.

Sites and files

Crawl your current docs site, or upload files directly as pages.

Docs that talk back

Any tool can host articles. The difference here: hit publish and the article starts working the support queue on its own.

Asked often, answered short

Hooking articles to the agent, what survives a Zendesk or Notion import, language mechanics, and the roadmap.

Publishing is the link: the article registers as a knowledge source, attaches to every agent in the workspace, and gets indexed for retrieval on the spot. Unpublish and it vanishes just as fast — no sync jobs, no training runs, no stale answers.
Yes — the wizard lists your articles across every locale, and you import all of them or a selection. They land as an editable site with languages preserved as versions of the same page, feeding the agent immediately. Re-running the import refreshes in place instead of duplicating.
Authorize over OAuth and your workspace mirrors across, hierarchy intact, as a knowledge-base site. Resync whenever Notion changes. A crawl of an existing docs site or plain file uploads work just as well.
Every site has a default locale plus any number of the 50+ supported ones. AI translation covers one article or the entire site in a single click, and translations group per page — visitors switch language on the same article, never onto a stray copy.
Out of the box it lives at yourcompany.sufox.com with zero DNS work. Custom domains are on the roadmap; until they land, the branded subdomain is live from your first publish.
No — run as many sites as you need, each with its own name, slug, logo, favicon, languages, and home page: one per product or brand, for instance. Sites publish and unpublish independently, bulk publish included.

Publish once. Retire the repeat question.

Bring your Zendesk, Notion, or website content — the help center and the agent launch together.
