Meet them mid-thought

A one-to-one widget message, built and shipped like any campaign.

  • Lands while the visitor is still on the page, not after they leave.
  • Badge, snippet, or full note — pick the volume.
  • Opening it can start a conversation or collect an email address.
A stalled trial gets a nudge at step 2 — not an apology email later.

One draft, six channels

An image-and-buttons card that reaches every connected channel from one editor.

  • Cards carry a title, artwork, and one or more buttons.
  • Delivery spans the widget, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, and Discord.
  • Channel-specific tweaks let each version fit its home.
  • Two versions battle it out with per-version numbers.
Feature day: every channel hears it at once, from one draft.

Introducing Insights 2.0Live dashboards, saved views and CSV export — all in your plan today.

The comeback notification

With the mobile SDK in your app, replies and announcements surface as native push — one tap returns the customer to the conversation.

  • True iOS and Android notifications via the mobile SDK channel.
  • Conversation replies reach customers even with the app shut.
  • The same announcement draft doubles as a push send.
  • Tapping deep-links straight to the thread or screen.
Lock-screen replies get read; marketing emails get archived.

Page-level broadcast

A slim strip on the page itself — top or bottom, full-width or floating.

  • Sits where eyes already are — on the page.
  • Carries links, buttons, emoji reactions, or an email capture.
  • One click can open a full product tour.
  • Color, dismiss behavior, and the sender line are configurable.
  • Presets cover events, promos, and downtime — or design your own.
Maintenance window tonight? Say it on the page, not in 400 tickets.

Questions at the point of feeling

In-product surveys as a pop-up flow, or one question at a time inside the chat.

  • Pop-up mode brings an intro screen, steps, and a progress bar.
  • Chat mode asks one question at a time in the thread.
  • Telegram users answer through the native inline keyboard.
  • Results cluster by question and export to CSV whenever.
  • Presets for NPS, satisfaction, feature requests, and cancellations — or start blank.
The setup-complete moment is when 'how was setup?' gets honest answers.

Guidance glued to the UI

Element-anchored hints on your live site, managed together as one campaign.

  • Anchors by CSS selector or by the text users can see.
  • Fires on hover or click, with an optional beacon marker.
  • Positioned per hint, exactly where it points.

Built by clicking through your live site — or drafted by AI, up to seven steps from a sentence.

  • Combines cards, element-pinned callouts, and video from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, or Wistia.

  • Two flows can run head-to-head.
  • Launch from links, banners, or an automated series.
  • Templates for launches, walkthroughs, upgrade nudges, and video intros — or start from scratch.

First campaign out the door in minutes.

First channel that reaches them wins

You rank the channels; each person gets one copy on the best channel available, with email as the safety net.

  • Priority-ordered sends — one message per person, email as fallback.
  • In-app and mobile push delivery once the mobile SDK channel is live.
  • Copy, imagery, and buttons can differ per channel.
  • Meta-synced WhatsApp templates carry you past the 24-hour window.
  • Personalization with names and custom fields, plus a missing-value fallback.
  • Every outbound email ships with a signed unsubscribe and preferences page.
Telegram and WhatsApp cards hold up to three buttons; announcements and chat both support A/B tests.

Lift you can defend in a meeting

Segments built from attributes, events, and channels; a live preview of who qualifies; split tests and holdouts that separate real impact from noise.

Reusable segments

Combine attributes, events, channels, geography, activity dates, tags, and custom fields with any/all logic — save once, target everywhere.

Who-gets-this preview

Edit a filter and watch the live count and sample recipients refresh in under half a second — certainty before launch, not after.

Split testing

Chat and announcements take weighted variants; tours run a strict A/B with fixed assignment and a named winner by goal conversion.

Holdout groups

Reserve up to 50% of a tour's audience as untouched controls — the report shows lift against genuinely doing nothing.

Goal windows

Define a goal as a contact filter with a 1-, 3-, 7-, or 30-day window; pre-existing matches are excluded and every converter is listed.

Funnels and health

Per-step tour funnels with drop-off, checklist funnels, and campaign counters for sent, delivered, failed, opened, replied, unsubscribed.

The fine print, read aloud

Channel coverage, WhatsApp templates, triggers, split tests, and unsubscribes — no digging required.

Chat and announcement campaigns reach the site widget, email, WhatsApp, Telegram (mini-apps included), Slack, and Discord. You rank the channels, each contact gets one copy on the first channel that can reach them — optionally falling back to email — and content can vary per channel.
Yes — authoring happens in design mode on your live site: click the element, write the step, publish. Steps can be text, pointers, or video from YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, or Wistia. Or describe the tour in one prompt and let the AI composer draft up to seven steps.
They can run manually, on a schedule, on a timezone-aware recurrence (daily, weekly, monthly), or stay always-on as triggers — firing within seconds of a signup, a stretch of inactivity, or any custom event you track. Each contact is messaged once, and existing matches can be backfilled.
Approved templates (HSM) handle it: Sufox syncs them from Meta, tracks approval status, and maps template parameters onto contact fields. Template sends go through beyond the session window; non-template sends outside it are skipped safely, never bounced at the customer.
Chat and announcements run weighted variants with per-variant stats. Tours add a holdout of up to 50% of the audience plus attribution windows of 1, 3, 7, or 30 days, so conversion is measured against people who saw nothing. Everything gets delivery stats, funnels, trends, and CSV export.
Each outbound email carries a signed link to a preferences page. Once someone opts out, every future campaign skips them automatically, and subscription state stays editable per contact. Mobile push notifications are on the way but not live yet.

Beat the next ticket to the punch

Your first tour, survey, or announcement can go out today. 14-day trial, card stays in your pocket.
